		<description>I think having a "balance" of things really helps.  Not only is submitting to directories "often" important, but having quality links to your site is important too.  You can't rely on one source for page rank, you have to have sites linking to you, but you also have to be cached often, and change your website content regularly in order to achieve that.  I'd say, never stop working to add your url to new sites, and continue to change your material.  Search engines will notice that and consider you important.</description>
